Site Plan Information
When completed, Palmetto Breeze will be a 420 residential lot planned community, with all single-family homes. $1,000 non-binding reservations are currently being taken. Lot closings and construction infrastructure will begin in June, 2007, with planned home building beginning in late September, 2007.
Planned amenities will include a community clubhouse, community park, swimming pools, children play area, pond fishing and natural areas that will remain preserved in select areas of the community.
