Steve Mann has over 30 years experience in Construction and Real Estate Development. He is a licensed General Contractor and Licensed Real Estate Broker in both North Carolina and South Carolina, specializing in real estate development and sales in Horry County, Georgetown County, Brunswick County and Onslow County.
Steve has served as President of the South Brunswick Home Builders Association and Director of The National Committe of Home Builders Association for North Carolina. Steve has been recognized for his efforts in the real estate industry with the following awards:
- 1992 Builder of the Year from the South Brunswick Home Builders Association
- Life Spike Member of the National Association of Home Builders of the United States (twice)
- 1992 Keyman Award from the South Brunswick Islands Home Builders Association.
He also gives back to the community through his support of Habitat for Humanity. Steve was also recently featured as Broker Agent Magazine's South Carolina broker/agent of the month in February, 2007. Steve is experienced in all facets of development for resorts, residential communities and commercial properties.
